Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Raahi fleet-management software (the "Service"), operated by Urooj Shafait, United Kingdom ("Raahi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Raahi provides web and mobile tools to help transport operators manage vehicle checks, drivers, dispatch, documents, invoicing and compliance records. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Your account

3. Subscription, trial & billing

4. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the data you enter, including personal data about your drivers and staff, and for informing them as required by data-protection law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including no unlawful use, no attempts to break, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, and no uploading of malicious or infringing content.

6. Compliance responsibility

Raahi is a tool to help you record and manage compliance. It does not replace your own legal duties. You remain solely responsible for meeting DVSA, operator-licence, drivers'-hours and all other legal requirements that apply to your operation. Guidance shown in the app is for convenience only and is not legal advice — always follow the latest official DVSA / gov.uk rules.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance and updates from time to time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or fees are unpaid. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
